Leopold Ernest-Augustus Guelph Windsor was born 8 September 2009 as the son of Lord Nicholas Windsor and Lady Nicholas Windsor {Source}. He has two brothers, one older and one younger {Source}:

  1. Albert Louis Philip Edward Windsor (2007)
  2. Louis Arthur Nicholas Felix Windsor (2014)
On 29 May 2010, he was baptized in the Vatican City{Source}. His godparents are currently unknown.

Little Leopold is currently not in succession due to being Roman Catholic {Source}. If he were in succession, he would be no higher than 41st place as of May 2016. 

He doesn't attend many royal events, but I *think* he joined his father for his first cousin 1x removed's wedding in 2018
