Royal Profile: Queen Rania of Jordan
Queen Rania of Jordan was born 31 August 1970 as Rania al Yassin as the daughter of two Palestinians form Tulkarm. During her youth, she attended schools in Kuwait and Turkey, earning a degree in Business Administration. After graduation, she worked for marketing departments for various international banks and computer companies { Source }. In January 1993, she met her future husband and then Crown Prince of Jordan at a dinner party, and after a brief courtship and engagement, they were married in June 1999{ Source }.
