Princess Zita Angélique Inès Marie Joseph of Bourbon-Parma was born 1 April 1999 as the youngest daughter of Prince Charles-Emmanuel of Bourbon-Parma & Constance de Ravinel {Source}. Princess Zita has three older siblings  {Source}:

  2. Princess Charlotte Alexe Yolande Marie Joseph of Bourbon-Parma (1993)
  3. Princess Elizabeth Flore Angélique Marie Joseph of Bourbon-Parma (1996)


She is a paternal granddaughter of Prince Michel of Bourbon-Parma and his first wife, Princess Yolande de Broglie-Revel  {Source}. Through her grandfather, she was also the great-niece of Queen Anne of Romania, and shares a birthday with her 2nd cousin, Nicholas de Roumanie Medfoth-Mills. 

It's likely that she leads a normal lifestyle.
