Xan Richard Anders Windsor, Lord Culloden was born 12 March 2007 as the son of Alexander Windsor, Earl of Ulster and Dr. Claire Windsor, Countess of Ulster{Source}. He has one younger sister, Lady Cosima (2010){Source}.
