Crown Prince Naruhito of Japan visits Spain

Day 1 (June 10)

He arrived in Spain, where he was welcomed by Spain's prime minister at the Moncloa Palace {Photos}. From there, the future emperor visited  the Museum of Decorative Arts, where he viewed a display called "Namban Varnishes: Traces of Japan in Spain" {Photos}.
Day 2 (June 11)
The future Japanese Emperor was joined by Spain's future King for the innaugaral meeting of the Spainish-Japanese Business Cooperation Comittee {Photos}. Afterward, the two future world leaders paid a vist to the Tsunami Exhibition at the Conde Duque's Cultural Center {Photos}. In the evening, they attended a concert {Photos}

Day 3 (June 12)


The future Asian monarch was joined by the future King of Spain and the President of the Community of Madrid paid a visit to the  "Canal de Isabel II" Management Center {Photos}{Photos}.  The future Japanese Emperor visited the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium {Video}{Source}. 
In the evening, he joined the future Spanish monarch and his wife for a dinner in his honor {Source}

Day 4 (June 13)

Crown Prince Naruhito of Japan visited the Salamanca University {Photos}.
Day 5 (June 14)
The future Emperor of Japan visited Coria del Rio {Photos}. He also visited the  Archives of the Indies after where he inaugurated the exhibition 'From Japan to Rome, seeking the sun of Christianity: the Embassy of Hasekura (1613 -1620) ' {Photos}. Crown Prince Naruhito also paid a visit to students at  Vicente Neria {Photos}.

Day 6 (June 15)

Crown Prince Naruhito visited Santiago de Compostela {Photos}

Day 7 (June 18)

The future Japanese Emperor boarded a flight home to Japan, where he was met by his wife and daughter {Photos}
