Talal Al-Saleh was born 12 September 1989 as the son of Princess Alia bint Hussein of Jordan & Sayyid Mohammed Al-Saleh {Source}. He has one older half-brother and a younger brother:

Not much is known about him. Due to his royal lineage coming from the maternal line, he is not in succession for the Jordanian Throne, but his is a nephew of the current king.
