Princess Caroline arrived in the town of kinshasa on 6 June 2013 for a two day visit to The Republic of Congo on behalf of the Printemps des Arts de Monte-Carlo and AMADE . Princess Sibilla of Luxembourg (née Sibilla Sandra Weiller (y Torlonia) was born 12 July 1968 in France to an Italian noblewoman and Paul-Annik Weiller. Through her mother, she is the granddaughter of Infanta Beatriz of Spain (who was the great-granddaughter of Queen Victoria).
