Royal Profile: Countess Gunnila Märtha Louise Wachtmeister af Johannishus Bernadotte

Countess Gunnila Märtha Louise Wachtmeister af Johannishus Bernadotte was born 12 May 1923 as the daughter of Count Nils Wachtmeister af Johannishus and Baroness Märta de Geer af Leufsta {Source}.

On 29 September 1988, she marred Count  Carl Johan Bernadotte in Denmark {Source}. She became a stepmother to his two adopted children and a step grandmother to their children{Source}:

Countess Gunnila was a paternal aunt of King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden, as well as Queen Margrethe II and her sisters through her second marriage.

Currently no funeral arrangements have been formally announced, but I suspect that members of Sweden, Greece, Denmark, and Sayn-Wittenstein-Berleburg's royal houses will be in attendance. I also expect a possible appearance from Luxembourg's Grand Ducal Family as her husband's title Count af Wisborg was granted to him by Grand Duchess Charlotte of Luxembourg.

UPDATE 20-9-2016: Countess Gunnila Märtha Louise Wachtmeister af Johannishus Bernadotte's private funeral will be held on 29 September 2016 with King Carl XVI Gustaf, Queen Silvia, Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel, Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia expected to be in attendance. The previously scheduled trip for Prince Carl Philip & Princess Sofia to her hometown was rescheduled to 30 September.
