Prince Rafael Antonio Maria José Francisco Miguel Gabriel Gonzaga of Orléans-Braganza was born 24 August 1986 as the second son of  Prince António of Orléans-Braganza and Princess Christine of Orléans-Braganza, Princess de Ligne{Source}.
