Princess Olga Isabelle of Greece, Princess of Savoy-Aosta, Duchess of Apulia was born 17 November 1971 as the second daughter of Prince Michael of Greece and Marina, Consort of Prince Michael of Greece and Denmark {Source}.

She and her sister grew up in France and the United States, spending summers in Greece. She was educated in England, Italy and the United States. She attended boarding school in England, before studying history in Rome. She graduated Princeton University, and holds a degree from Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation. She also studied phalaena and did photography in Panama.
After graduation, she worked as an interior decorator. She worked as a lepidopterist, where she helped set up and worked in the Liquid Jungle Lab in Panama in co-operation with the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute and the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. She now makes a living as a journalist and film maker.
Despite being a Greek Princess by title, she is not in line for the Greek throne because her parents marriage was unequal. She also does not bear Her Royal Highness or is considered a Princess of Denmark. One of her father's first cousins is Prince Philip,The Duke of Edinburgh-Prince Philip's father was Prince Michael's uncle. This would make Olga Prince Charles's (as well as Anne, Andrew and Edward's) second cousin via King George I of Greece. In relation to the present Greek Royal Family, Olga is Constantine's 2nd cousin through George I as well. Constantine is George I's great grandson through Constantine I and Olga is his great granddaughter through Prince Christopher. Also through this way, through Queen Sofia of Spain, she is related to the Spanish Royal Family.
Her engagement to Prince Aimone of Savoy-Aosta, The Duke of Apulia was announced in May 2005. They were married three years later, on 16 September 2008 at the Italian Embassy in Russia. Their religious ceremony took place on 17 September 2008 in Greece. Attendees to their wedding ceremony included: Queen Sofia of Spain, King Constantine II of Greece, Queen Anne-Marie of Greece, Princess Irene of Greece & Denmark, her parents, her sister, the entire Aosta branch of the House of Savoy (with the exception of 78 year old Margherita, Dowager Archduchess of Austria-Este).
