As he is *technically* not in the Spanish line of succession, little is known about him. Okay. Maybe technically not, pending on how you'd like to interpret the Spanish Constitution, article 57, which states:
Section 57 of the Spanish Constitution provides that
To date, the Spanish government has not seen fit to clarify whether this provision includes anyone beyond the descendants of King Juan Carlos, such as his sisters and their families: "Successors" may not be presumed to be synonymous with "descendants".
However, it's likely that no one beyond Infanta Leonor will ascends the throne unless something truly catastrophic happens. Or if you feel that his grandmother's abdication prior to the adaptation of this constitution is valid, then no, he's not in line for the Spanish throne. If you DO feel he's in line, then he is no higher than 12th position.

Section 57 of the Spanish Constitution provides that
The Crown of Spain shall be inherited by the successors of H. M. Juan Carlos I de Borbón, the legitimate heir of the historic dynasty. Succession to the throne shall follow the regular order of primogeniture and representation, the first line always having preference over subsequent lines; within the same line,the closer grade over the more remote; within the same grade, the male over the female, and in the same sex, the elder over the younger.{Source}
