She is a paternal granddaughter of Prince Michel of Bourbon-Parma and his first wife, Princess Yolande de Broglie-Revel  {Source}. Through her grandfather, she was also the great-niece of Queen Anne of Romania, and shares a birthday with her 2nd cousin, Nicholas de Roumanie Medfoth-Mills. 

It's likely that she leads a normal lifestyle.
