Princess Eugenie Victoria Helena of York was born on 23rd March, 1990 as the second daughter of The Duke of York and Sarah, Duchess of York {Source}. As of 2014, she is presently 7th in line for the British Throne after her uncle, two cousins, a first cousin 1x removed, father and sister {Source}.
