She was educated in Switzerland, and the United States. Princess Tatiana studied at Aiglon College {Source}. She studied at Georgetown University, receiving her bachelors degree in sociology in 2003 {Source}.
After graduation, she began to work in the publicity department as an event planner for fashion designer Diane von Fürstenberg {Source}. Princess Tatiana resigned in July 2010 from her position with designer Diane von Fürstenberg to focus on her wedding plans {Source}.Despite the rumors, her wedding gown was not designed by her former boss, but Angel Sanchez, who is an American designer.
