Don Alfonso Juan Carlos Zurita y de Borbón was born 9 August 1973 as the elder of two children of The Duke and Duchess of Soria and Hernani {Source}. He is a paternal 1st cousin of King Felipe VI of Spain.

Due to his mother renouncing her succession rights (or did she? Pending on how you want to see it), and given the fact he wouldn't be any higher than 26th for the throne today.

It is likely that he leads a fairly normal life. Not much is publicly known about him.
