Prince Jacques Honoré Rainier of Monaco, Hereditary Prince of Monaco, Marquis de Baux was born 10 December 2014 as the youngest child of  Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco {Source}. He has two older half siblings and an older twin sister:

He was baptized on 10 May 2015{Photos}. His godparents were chosen by his father, and were {Source}:
  • D. Christopher LeVine III (son of Prince Albert's cousin, who would be Jacques's 2nd cousin on the Kelly side. He's also a III not Jr as his grandfather was also D. Christopher LeVine, and his father.)
  • Diane de Polignac Nigra (She is Prince Pierre's great-niece through her mother Thérèse de Polignac...which if I did the math right, that would make her and Gabriella 4th cousins)

He is named for:

  • Jacques: a common name in both French and South African culture that his parents liked
  • Honoré: Several past rulers of Monaco
  • Rainier: paternal grandfather

Even though he is only three years old, he has had his share of royal appearances. In January 2015, his parents debuted him and his sister on the palace balcony{Photos}. In July 2015, they appeared with palace staff on the balcony during their father's 10 year anniversary celebrations {Photos}. In August 2015, they attended the annual picnic in Princesse Antoinette de Monaco Parc {Photos}. In November 2015, they attended their first National Day celebrations and the 2015 March for Climate {Photos}{Photos}.
