He was educated in England. He attended Stowe School. He also attended the Universty of Bristol, before dropping out to work in the bar industry {Source}. Brooksbank began his career working as a general manager of Mahiki, a Mayfair nightclub frequented by The Duke of Cambridge and The Duke of Sussex in their youths. In 2011, he began dating his third cousin 2x removed, Princess Eugenie, Mrs. Jack Brooksbank {Source}. On 22 January 2018, The Duke of York's office announced the couple's engagement {Source}. In April 2018, they vacated their apartment at St. James's Palace with Princess Beatrice of York in favor of Ivy Cottage, on the grounds of Kensington Palace{Source}.
