Royal Profile: Jonkvrouw Leticia de Massy de Brouwer

Jonkvrouw Leticia de Massy de Brouwer was born 16 May 1971 as the daughter of Christian Louis de Massy with his first marriage to María Marta Quintana y del Carril {Source}. She has two brothers, one adopted and the other is a half brother{Source}:

  1. Brice Souleyman Gelabale-de Massy (adopted stepbrother, 1987, her father adopted him in 1997)
  2. Antoine de Massy (1997)

She married Jonkheer Thomas de Brouwer on 3 September 2006 {Source}. Together, they have fraternal twins{Source}:

  • Jonkvrouw Rose de Brouwer (2008)
  • Jonkheer Sylvestre de Brouwer (2008)

She has two stepdaughters from her husband's marriage to Baronne Ludwine de Fierlant Dormer {Source}:
  1. Jonkvrouw Liliah de Brouwer (2001)
  2. Jonkvrouw Hermine de Brouwer (2003)

She, her father, brothers and children do not have claims to the throne anymore since the death of Prince Rainier. In the unlikely scenario that Prince Rainer's descendants die out, the National Council could elect her or one of her children as a direct Grimaldi descendant to the throne. If they were in succession, she would be no higher than 13th in succession following her younger brother, Antoine.

Like the rest of her family, she makes rare appearances on behalf of the Princely family. Even rarer than her parents. I don’t think we’ve ever actually seen her, but we may have. She could've attended her grandmother's funeral in April 2011 (possibly her in front of Andrea Casiraghi?) She may have also been spotted at the Monaco National Day 2011 (on the balcony with Donatella?). She and her husband were an invited guest to the wedding celebrations of Prince Albert & Princess Charlene in 2011 {Source}, so she may have been among the family there. A more recent sighting of her could be the attendance of the Princely Twins baptism in May 2015 {Photos}. (all this is IF she is the one I think she is, which I'm 95% sure I am right). She organized "Sail for a Cause" charity day with LeSpot.net at the Yacht Club of Monaco in June 2015 {Photos} (the event was also attended by Pierre and Beatrice Casiraghi. And confirmed...she is who I think she is! :))

She was part of the board of directors of Les Farfadets.

She and her family previously resided in Belgium, but have since moved to Monaco. She likely speaks French, and Spanish fluently, and possibly some Dutch and German (from living in Belgium for many years).

It's possible, like the rest of her family, she has a "thing" for tennis.

Until her marriage, she did not hold any sort of title, courtesy or otherwise. Her official title is from Belgium, where her husband is a Jonkheer de Brouwer. She is the daughter-in-law of Jean-Marie de Brouwer & Veronika Dengg {Source}. Through her husband, she is the sister-in-law and aunt to{Source}:

  1. Alexandra de Brouwer (1969)
    1. Xavier vanCampenhout (m. 1993)
  2. Stéphanie B. V. de Brouwer (1971)
    1. Nicholas Augustus Balfour (m. 2000)
      1. India Lily Balfour (2002)
      2. Gloria Elizabeth Balfour (2005)
      3. Olympia Rose Balfour (2007)
      4. Georgia Veronika Stefania Balfour (2010)
