Nicolás Gómez-Acebo y Carney was born 2 March 2013 as the son of Winston Homles Carney and Don Juan Filiberto Gomez-Acebo y de Borbón, Vizconde de la Torre{Source}.

At the time of his birth, his parents were not married, but they have since legitimatized him with marriage. He is currently not in succession for any throne, but is the great nephew of King Juan Carlos I of Spain. His grandmother is Infanta Pilar of Spain. He shares a birthday with a bunch of royals:
