During her time as a Princess of Sweden, she undertook many royal duties. A notable royal duty was in November 1960, when she and her sister Princess Birgitta visited the United States on their grandfather's behalf to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the The American-Scandinavian Foundation {Source}.
