If Carlos Hugo were to succeed in this procedure he would then be legitimised and would henceforth be known as His Royal Highness Prince Carlos Hugo Roderik Sybren de Bourbon de Parme{Source}. On the 9th of March 2016 the Minister of Security and Justice declared his request valid and therefore Carlos Hugo Roderik Sybren Klynstra's last name will be changed by Royal decree into "De Bourbon de Parme", and he will be "Prince de Bourbon de Parme" {Source}. The exact date of this Royal Decree is not yet released, but is expected to be released in the usual timespan of 6 months, however, as of January 2018, such decree has yet to be issued.
