Prince Welf August Johannes Ferdinand Karl Wilhelm Anthony Julio Mario of Hanover was born 14 March 2019 as the second child and first son of Prince Ernst August of Hanover and his wife, Ekaterina Malysheva {Source}. He has one older sister {Source}:
It is likely that he will lead a fairly normal life. He is distantly in succession for the British throne (think 500+) and did not succeeded in succession by his older sister due to the new laws{Source}.

He shares a birthday with his step-uncle, Prince Albert II of Monaco.

It is unknown if or when his christening will/has taken place or who his godparents are. It is likely, that like his big sister there are four godfathers, and he is named after them. He is named after Prince Welf Ernst of Hanover, who was his 1st cousin 2x removed through Ernest Augustus, Duke of Brunswick.
