Royal Profile: Vittoria Eugenia Alvarez de Toledo y Marone-Cinzano

Vittoria Eugenia Alvarez de Toledo y Marone-Cinzano  is the daughter of Doña Vittoria Eugenia Alfonsa Alberta del Pilar Enrica Paola Marone-Cinzano, thus a granddaughter of Infanta Maria Cristina of Spain, Contessa Marone. She is a distant cousin of King Juan Carlos of Spain. She is also a greatx3 granddaughter of Queen Victoria via her daughter Princess Beatrice.

She married Alfonso Codorníu y Aguilar on 29 September 1982. They have two children, a boy and a girl:
  • Jaime Codorníu y Alvarez de Toledo, who was born in Madrid on  16 February 1985.
  • Ana Codorníu y Alvarez de Toledo, who was   born in Madrid on 24 January 1987.
Vittoria Eugenia is named for her maternal great-grandmother, Victoria Eugenia, who was the granddaughter of Queen Victoria. Because Vittoria Eugenia is so distantly related to the present Spanish Royal Family, not much is known about her.
