Archduke Karl-Konstantin of Austria was born 20 July 2004 as the son of Georg von Habsburg and Duchess Eilika of Oldenburg {Source}. He has two older sisters {Source}:

He is a grandson of Otto von Hasburg {Source}.

He resides in Hungary with his family. Other than this, there is not much known about him. It's likely he lives a fairly normal life. He is presently 3rd in line for the Austro-Hungarian throne, and distantly in line for the British throne.
