Prince Dasho Khamsum Singye Wangchuck of Bhutan was born 6 October 1985 the eldest child of Queen Ashi Sangay Choden Wangchuck and third son of Jigme Singye Wangchuck {Source}. He has a full younger sister Princess Ashi Euphelma Choden Wangchuck, as well as a host of half siblings (both older and younger){Source}:

Other than this, little is known about him. However, like his elder half brother, he likely had a worldly education. He likely began his studies in Bhutan, then moved to a boarding school in the US before attending school in England like his siblings.
